Madonna Stalker Denies Plea Deal, Hearing Scheduled for February
Madonna‘s alleged stalker wants his day in court, and he’s willing to pass up a one-year plea bargain sentence for the opportunity to argue his case. The New York Daily News reports that 61-year-old retired firefighter Robert Linhart has rejected the plea agreement. The next step is a hearing on Feb. 21, which could result in a trial.
