I am thrilled to be on 100.5 The River weekdays from 10am – 3pm! I have lived in West Michigan my entire life and am a graduate of both West Catholic High School and Grand Valley State University. Before joining 100.5 The River, I worked at other radio stations in Kalamazoo, Big Rapids and Grand Rapids. I have been married for over 15 years. My wife and I have three children: a 10-year-old girl, an 8-year-old boy and a 6-year-old boy. You'll hear them on air with me from time to time when they're not in school. I’m always talking about what’s going on in and around Grand Rapids. I love ArtPrize, exploring West Michigan and rooting for GVSU, Michigan, the Lions and the Tigers. Thanks for listening!

Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette is encouraging people who have resided in the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans or who may have witnessed patient mistreatment, to come forward with information that could help the ongoing investigation into the treatment of patients in the facility.

Michigan Free Fishing Weekend is June 11-12

The Michigan Department of Natural Resources has announced that the annual Summer Free Fishing Weekend is scheduled for Saturday, June 11, and Sunday, June 12.

Residents and nonresidents of all ages can fish without a license that weekend. All other fishing regulations still apply.
