ArtPrize Announces Its Top 10 – ArtPrize Spotlight 2013

The first round of public voting for ArtPrize 2013 wrapped up at 11:59pm on Saturday. On Sunday, in front of crowds of people in Rosa Parks Circle, the ArtPrize Top 10 (so far) was announced.
