E! News is reporting that Britney has signed on to judge X Factor for $15 million!!!

Out with Paula and Nicole, in with another woman with issues all of her own. This is a going to be an interesting year in the summer edition of singing/talent shows. What has the world come to when Howard Stern and Britney Spears are judging talent in this country? Keep in mind Britney never sings live and is well known for lots of lip syncing.
