A local West Michigan family is looking for some help in raising money for a service dog for their son.

Jaxon who is 10 years old suffers from severe anxiety that has become quite debilitating for his life and has to be under constant supervision. Due to this he was recently accepted by Canines 4 Hope to receive a psychiatric service dog.

Only problem is the costs for the service dog are very expensive, so they are asking for help so Jaxon can get the service dog he needs.

They have been able to raise $1,500 which will cover the down payment for the dog and its training but have a long way to go to get to the total cost of $11,500 plus travel expenses
