Get your tissues ready, this one is a tear-jerker. At least they'll be tears of joy, though. This 8-month-old little boy, named Jonathan, has never been able to hear before. But now, with the help of cochlear implants, he's able to hear his mom's voice for the first time, and his reaction is priceless. Check it out after the jump!

It's hard to tell if he's so happy because he can hear his mommy's voice, or just that he can hear at all, but his smile and laugh totally tug at your heartstrings.
