Yesterday was that dreaded day that we set our clocks forward an hour. Hopefully you remembered!

However, even though the switch happened yesterday 61% of us are still going to be using it as an excuse today as to why we're dragging our feet.

The scientific reason is that because we were able to sleep in yesterday it doesn't really effect us that badly. Now, today when our alarm goes off because we have to go to work we feel significantly different because we're used to sleeping for that extra hour. It doesn't help either that now it gets light out a complete hour later than it did just a few days ago.

Another 40% of us feel it takes a whole week to get adjusted.

70% of Americans also feel that they should move the switch to Saturday morning instead of Sunday. That way we'd have two days to get adjusted.
