50 Shades Of Halloween? Seriously? Knock It Off

I've previously discussed with you all the fact that I read, and enjoyed, the "50 Shades Of Grey" trilogy. I basically set out to read it because it seemed everyone else in the world was reading it, and I figured I should be up to speed on it. But, since the series' popularity has soared, some rather interesting trends have started happening. And by "interesting", I mean "weird, and cause me to question humanity". But, I digress. The latest "50 Shades"-themed craziness? Halloween costumes. Seriously.According to YourTango.com, Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey are the hottest couples' costumes out there this year.  I mean, I guess it's a pretty easy costume to put together.

Want to be Ana? Just dress in jeans and a cardigan (and then maybe tie some ropes around your wrists). Then, be sure to awkwardly talk about your "sex" and your "inner goddess" all night while biting your lip and rolling your eyes.

Want to dress your man as Christian Grey? Well, he's going to need a button-down shirt, jeans that are hung low enough that you can see his hip bones, possibly one of Christian's famous grey ties, and a pompous attitude.

Some "Laters, Baby" booty shorts (because yes, those actually exist) could be added to "Ana's" outfit, too. Or, one of the many stupidly "50 Shades" themed items you can buy on Etsy.

Wanna go all out? You could visit your local adult store and buy every S&M accoutrements you can find. But, I'd shy away from that. Especially if you're going to be answering the door for trick-or-treaters.
