Hopefully you don't have a case of the Monday's this morning. However, if you do...here's some tips to beat that feeling!

  1. Make a list of the top 3 things you need to get done and tackle those. You'll feel really accomplished!
  2. Crank your favorite tunes! "Rude" by Magic seems to be super motivating for us lately...
  3. Move your body. Even just taking a walk to the water cooler can help you feel more energized.
  4. Learn something new! Look up useless facts or fun trivia...this will help stimulate your brain.
  5. Eliminate hassles. Just respond to those pesky emails or restock your pen cup if you're running low.
  6. Laugh! Yeah, find your favorite meme or video and just chuckle.
  7. Take time to pay it forward. Pay for the next person's coffee...it'll make you have a great day too!
  8. Put off something unimportant. If it can wait, then it should until a day you feel more productive.
  9. Do the stupid stuff first. If you don't feel like doing it, then do it first.  I use the same philosophy in my workout...damn stair climber!
  10. Tell yourself what you're accomplishing and why it's working. Look at how much you already got done today!
